How to use this template.
A small charge can look different when you compare a year of payments. Keep the actual charge and billing frequency visible beside the annualized estimate.
- Enter the charge per billing period and choose its frequency.
- Mark active subscriptions separately from paused or cancelled ones; only active rows enter the cost totals.
- Check the next charge date against your account. A cancelled status here does not cancel the service.
A few useful answers.
Why can a weekly plan differ from a calendar year?
The estimate uses 52 weekly payments for comparison. Your billing calendar can contain a different number of charges; use actual statements for reconciliation.
Does marking a plan cancelled stop payment?
No. This is a personal log. You must cancel with the provider and confirm the cancellation separately.
